‘Prince & Ryan, highly recommend’

Prince and Ryan were both excellent from start to finish. We had a free collection service booked, which was a great bonus. Prince was very hands-on, incredibly helpful, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. When we met the team at the unit, they took the time to go through everything with us thoroughly, and everyone was friendly and professional throughout. So far, everything has been great, the service has been fantastic. It’s been such an easy, smooth process, and I would highly recommend them.

‘OUTSTANDING’

Outstanding service. A free pick up of all my stuff I wanted to put into the garage sized storage in a Luton van was an excellent touch. Tim was extremely kind and helpful..going beyond the call of duty. Pricing is very competitive.Only one place is cheaper and I wouldn't leave my stuff in that place because of the area it is in. Feels very secure and safe

‘Prompt service Unbeatable prices’

I needed storage at short notice on a Saturday lunchtime had my stuff already packed and ready to go rang up Wimbledon branch asked and If I could get storage and branch colleague told me to come over. He was very helpful and got me a storage locker promptly. My first time using Henfield and I highly recommend them as the the storage prices are unbeatable.

‘Extremely helpful.’

Tim couldn't have been more helpful. Henfield Storage collected my items in an appropriate lorry; Tim helped me move them and secured them for transport. He assessed the space I would require and helped me to move all the items into the storage - packing them well, and carefully. The paperwork and administration was undertaken with the minimum of fuss and maximum of efficiency. He made a potentially stressful procedure into a simple pleasure. Utterly professional. The pricing is very fair and the local service is excellent.

‘Great customer service and price’

I usually don’t write reviews but excellent service deserves recognition. Prince, the driver for the free collection service was so helpful and stayed positive and calm despite parking issues. He helped me unload at the storage facility and showed me where my locker was. The colleague who went through the contract with me was also friendly and explained everything really clearly. On top of all this, the cost for the service is extremely good value for money. I am very pleased

‘Good day at the Storage place’

It was very professional and my queries were dealt with efficiently and quickly. The personnel were very polite, helpful and friendly. We felt comfortable and the whole experience was pleasant and stress free.

‘Excellent storage for all’

They gave us exactly what we wished for with a smile and no bother. They are very accommodating and the store is clean and dry. They are a reasonably priced company and I would recommend them to all.
