‘Great experience from start to finish’

From the initial quote, the confirmation call, and everything done in-person, it was a calm and smooth experience. Tim was extremely friendly and helpful, and the unit was clean and secure. Highly recommended.

‘Fine and cheerful’

Seems fine to me - helpful and cheerful staff, chose a space suitable for my stuff, smaller than I had thought.

‘Great customer service’

The office team in Brighton were helpful and guided me on what space was needed for our requirements. The driver (Perrie) arrived on time and was super helpful. His ability to review what you have and know how much space is required was spot on. He managed to fit us into a smaller container and therefore have cost us less for the 12 month hire period. Fantastic customer service to be able to reduce your overall cost should it be possible. Couldn’t be happier. Planning to use them again in the spring.

‘Fantastic Service’

I am a long-standing customer at Wimbledon branch and cannot have enough praise for the team - they are always there to help, wheather it is moving heavier items or finding a new suitable unit for me. Highly recommend.

‘Good service but too expensive’

The service was good and staff were friendly. However, the monthly fees make it unfavorable to rent the container for long periods. There should be a decent discount if you sign the contract for a year or more. As I understand, there's a 10% discount if you pay for the whole year upfront; in my opinion, that's not practical. Why not offer the discount but have the option to pay monthly? Or charge for the full amount but then refund the discount at the end of the year?

Thank you for your feedback. It's great to hear that you felt we provided a good service and that our staff were friendly. Regarding your comments on our discounts - On top of what are already very competitive rates for shipping container storage in the Wimbledon area, if a customer prepays for 3 months - as you did - we also offer the first 2 months for half price plus a free collection. We feel, and I think justifiably so, that this is already a fantastic deal for new customers, and this is borne out by the many shipping container customers who also choose that offer. In addition, and as you've alluded to, we also offer even more discounts for customers who prepay for a longer period. There's an extra 5% off for 6 months prepay and an extra 10% off for 12 months prepay. We have many customers, also in shipping containers, who have decided to prepay for the longer time to take advantage of the additional offer. You decided not to do that, but I am happy to note you were able to enjoy our 3 month prepay offer and get what we're confident is a fantastic price. ‘Very happy with my choice - Thank You.’

Henfield was recommended to me by a friend. I booked my storage today and it's quite reasonable. The staff were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process very smooth. The location was very suitable for me and getting there was very easy and traffic-free. Access to my storage is also very easy. Very happy with my choice - Thank You.

‘Matt was very helpful’

Matt (based at Brighton Henfield) helped me move my belongings into storage and was extremely helpful prior to collection as well. He made a stressful situation easier to deal with and was the reason I kept my booking with Henfield. When I arrived in Horsham the man at reception was helpful in advising me of offers currently on.

‘Outstanding service.’

Outstanding assistance from Tim and colleagues. They picked up our storage items and transported them to storage, always asking how they could further help. The reason we choose Henfield Hollingbury, even though we live in Shoreham, is pricing and your staff.

‘Great service all round.’

Great service. Easy to book. Arrived on time & packed everything onto the van. Unloaded at the other end & found a suitably sized storage unit. Paperwork clear & straightforward. The guys collecting were really efficient, friendly & professional. Matt who collected & sorted the paperwork was really helpful. This is the second time we’ve used Henfield Storage & would highly recommend.

‘Great service!’

I have had a great experience with Henfield and want to give Peter, the manager at the Southwark branch, special thanks for all his help when I moved from my unit to Henfield's click+store service. I have been using Henfield for nearly two years because we are living overseas at the moment, and I'm very pleased so far with the company's price and professionalism.

I highly recommend Henfield Storage. The customer service has been first class from the very beginning. Peter at Southwark was extremely helpful with my initial enquiries, Mash (Branch Manager) handled the booking process with great professionalism, and Abdul went above and beyond during the collection and by later providing the extra information I needed.

‘Friendly, helpful and efficient.’

Two people came to. load the van and to take the contents to the storage unit. They arrived on time and were friendly, helpful and efficient. They took all we had available at the time and we followed them to the depot to help unload. The unit was clean and had easy access.

‘Highly recommended’

Can’t fault it! Went in to view the units as we were unsure on size. We were shown a few options and agreed on one, however were told it would be no problem if we outgrew it and needed to upsize (or downsize) at a later date. Everything was explained and we were given a great price. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had our stuff collected and delivered to the unit two days later at no extra cost. Have been down a few times and there’s always parking in the loading bays and trolleys available.

‘First class service’

First class, proactive service. The conditions for renting a unit were clearly explained. I wasn't rushed but the paperwork was rapidly executed. We discussed two storage crates I have elsewhere and how I could move the contents of those crates to Henfield Wimbledon. The option to rent a container was proactively suggested. This would meet my storage needs, taking account of the transfer of the contents of the crates to Henfield Wimbledon, reduce the number of units I need and save me money.

‘Excellent customer service’

We would like to thank Abdul W. from Southwark branch for being professional, very helpful, efficient. He was very hard working, calm and speedy. He went above and beyond to partially reload the items to fit them all in. We would also like to thank Matt and Mash from Crawley and Brighton for their help over the phone and online with the storage admin.
