Storage is a chore. It never won’t be. But Henfield go all out to make it considerably less so. In fact, they go above and beyond. The pick up service is remarkable, they come in at least half the price of all other storage facilities I looked at, their premises are far cleaner than and better kept than another other places too. Paul, Ryan and get other staff I dealt with are highly professional and courteous. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Customer service is exceptional at all levels. Ollie and the rest of the team (driver & guys at the office) are an asset to this company. The whole experience of packing & storing our stuff was made super easy by everyone. Very polite & friendly, helpful with all sorts of queries I had, and above all professional. Highly recommend.

Great service. Collection was very useful and efficiently done by Matt (from Horsham office) The facility in Brighton is very tidy and pleasant to visit.
