I’ve had an excellent experience with Henfields. They’re always polite, friendly and easy to get hold of, and their storage is great value for money. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and straightforward storage company.

‘Amazing service and great price’

‘Good price,! Good Service! Great Customer’

Excellent storage service and a very professional experience throughout. We were offered a great price for 3 months, including help with collection which no one else on the market offered . Frankie’s customer service was exemplary, she was personable, quickly found solutions and made us feel completely comfortable without any hard sell. I would definitely recommend them for their excellent service and customer care.

‘A very good first impression’

Val at Wimbledon was very helpful in showing us around and telling us how things work. Professional, friendly and informative. I feel confident about using this self storage.

‘Excellent end to end’

Abdul and Frankie were superb today with my move. Peter from Southwark was the reason I moved away from Cadogan Tate to Henfield. Everyone has been super friendly, clear and the move went seamlessly. Fantastic decision.

‘Tim - the great storage guy!!’

I liaised with a guy called Tim who went out of his way to make everything clear which I really appreciated. He was really pleasant and did a great job of packing my stuff as my sister wasn’t well enough to assist.

‘transfer between branches’

I've had a unit at Henfield's South Wimbledon Branch for many years and transferred this week to the Staples Corner branch which is nearer to where I now live. The transfer was made very smooth thanks to Elvis' help and driving between branches and the generous help I received from staff at Staples Corner to unload the van and pack the new storage unit. All the paperwork was managed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend

‘Thoughtful and considerate’

The staff was welcoming, thoughtful of my medical situation and recommended convenience storage room. The process was easy and clear from start to finish. Ossi the delivery guy was an amazing help and considerate too to my situation.

Would highly recommend Henfield for their affordability and kind caring staff who handled my request with ease. ‘Stress free and professional’

It was boiling hot and I had some really heavy items. They made it super smooth, stress free and far easier than I thought it would be, considering the circumstances. Very grateful - hardworking, friendly and professional staff. I would definitely recommend.

‘all I need’

Good prices - all I want is storage, no 24 hours, apps etc - just storage and the opening hours work for me, the prices are good - at other places I had to pay much more and I do not need to access at 1 in the morning - I use Henfield in Wimbledon and Horsham

‘A harassing experience.’

Harassing. I only went with Henfield coz it was 110 a month. Now paying 175. That is wrong! Feels a con. No one has suggested cheaper ways. I discovered that myself but too unwell to change at present. I have been a long standing customer and I have never been offered any discount or offer. Never would I use Henfield again.

Thank you for your comments. We do understand that it is never nice when bills go up. However, you have been storing with us for some years, and we, like other companies which are subject to cost increases, do increase rates from time to time. Our rates are still extremely competitive compared to other providers in the area, and we do make sure that any changes are communicated well in advance.
