How Our Storage Services Work
Henfield Storage offers several ways to store your belongings depending on how you want to manage the process.

Traditional Self Storage – bring your items directly to one of our storage facilities and store them in your own unit.

Free Collection – we collect your items and transport them to our storage facility. You’ll then meet us on-site to place your belongings into your reserved storage unit.

Click+Store –our collect and return service, where items are collected, stored, and delivered back to your nearest Henfield facility or home on demand with two days’ notice.
Our storage services can be used for both personal and business storage, depending on your needs.
1. Choose your store, unit size and get a quote
Find your nearest storage facility or collection area in storage units in London, Brighton or the South East, pick the unit size that suits you, and get an instant online quote. You can book online in minutes, with prices shown upfront — including 50% off your first two months and our price match promise.

2. Bring your items or arrange collection
You can bring your belongings directly to your nearby facility, or arrange for our team to collect them from your home or business.
Free collection is available across London and Sussex when you prepay three months or more.
3. Items are put into storage
After your belongings arrive at our facility, they are placed into your designated storage unit or sealed by our team in our secure warehouse. All facilities are protected by CCTV, alarms, on-site personnel, perimeter gates and monitored access.
- If you’ve booked a self storage unit, you’ll be able to visit your facility during opening hours to add or collect items whenever needed.
- If you’re using Click+Store, your belongings are kept in storage until you request their return. Access can also be arranged with two business days’ notice (access fee applies).
4. Collect or have your items returned
Traditional self storage customers can collect items from their unit anytime. Click+Store customers can have items returned to a branch for free or delivered to their door for a small fee, with two business days’ notice.
What Happens After You Book
After choosing your store and unit size, simply call the store or request a callback so our team can confirm availability and complete your booking.
Once your space is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the details of your storage, including your chosen store and next steps.
If you’ve arranging free collection, we’ll confirm the collection date and arrival window. If you’re bringing items to the store yourself, our staff will be ready to help you move into your unit.
When your items arrive, you’ll complete a simple storage agreement and secure your unit with your own padlock, keeping the key yourself.

How do I get my things back?
For Click+Store customers, just give us two working days’ notice. We can deliver everything to your home or office, or you can choose free return to your nearest Henfield store.

How safe are the storage units?
Security is at the heart of everything we do. All of our branches are brick-built, not flimsy metal sheds, and every facility is fitted with 24/7 CCTV and alarms. Access is controlled, and our staff are on site during office hours to keep an eye on things.
For added reassurance, you can also take out flexible insurance cover to protect your belongings while they’re in storage. It means you can store with confidence, knowing your items are protected from the moment they arrive until the day you take them home.

You can access your unit seven days a week, with many of our branches offering extended opening hours.
