2. We'll collect your things
We’ll come to your home or office anywhere in London or Sussex, load your belongings, and safely transport them. Save you up to £250 on van hires with our free collection service.
3. Items are put into storage
Your goods are stored in brick-built warehouses with 24/7 CCTV and alarms.
- If you’ve booked a self storage unit, you’ll have seven-day-a-week access.
- If you’re using Click+Store, your items stay securely stored and can be retrieved with two business days’ notice.
4. Collect or have your items returned
Pick up your belongings from your unit when you’re ready. If you’re using click+store, we can return them to you, either free to a branch or to your door for a small charge.

Yes – no van hire needed. Our team can come straight to your door, do the lifting, and drive everything to our storage facility for you.

How do I get my things back?
For Click+Store customers, just give us two working days’ notice. We can deliver everything to your home or office, or you can choose free return to your nearest Henfield store.

Security is at the heart of everything we do. All of our branches are brick-built, not flimsy metal sheds, and every facility is fitted with 24/7 CCTV and alarms. Access is controlled, and our staff are on site during office hours to keep an eye on things.
