The minimum rental term is one month. After that, you can keep your unit for as long as you need, paying only for the time you use.

Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes, storage is paid in advance. If you prepay for three months or more, you’ll unlock our best deals and qualify for free collection.

Do you offer short-term discounts?
We do. Many of our customers get half-price storage for the first two months when they prepay for three months or longer. It’s an easy way to save a bit of cash while keeping your stuff safe.

How does your free collection work?
If you prepay for three months or more, we’ll pick up your items from your home or workplace at no extra cost. It’s available for most unit sizes, and our team will safely deliver everything straight to your chosen Henfield facility.

Do I need to help load the van during my free collection?
For smaller units, one helper is enough. For larger units, you’ll need two. If you can’t provide helpers, we can send extra muscle for a small fee.

What’s the collection and return service?
Click+Store is our door-to-door option. We collect your stuff, store it safely in our warehouse, and return it to you with two business days’ notice.

Can I access my things while they’re in storage?
Yes, if you’ve got a standard unit, you can visit seven days a week during opening hours. If you’re using Click+Store, just give us two working days’ notice and we’ll arrange access or deliver your items back.

Yes, all stored items must be insured. You can use your own policy or take one out through us for convenience.

No problem. Just give us 14 days’ notice. Once your unit’s cleared, we’ll refund any unused prepaid days.

Yes. If you’re using Click+Store, we can bring your items straight to your home for a small fee. You can also collect them yourself from one of our branches for free.
