‘Excellent service’

We are so pleased we were recommended to move our items from our Brighton flat into Henfield Storage. We hired an additional person to help with the move from our basement flat, and Tim and Matt were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. They arrived exactly when they said they would and just got on with loading the van. Tim miraculously managed to fit all our belongings into the storage unit we had rented — he’s a packing magician! They both made what could have been a very stressful situation feel easy. Thanks, guys. Highly recommended.

I had all the information I needed in one phone call, along with ideas and suggestions for other avenues to take considering our personal situation. All the help and assistance on hand with the added service of collection. The pricing is spot on, the premises are immaculate and digitally secured. Great customer service. Tim who helped us move our items into storage was brilliant. The free pick up of our items was a really helpful. Storage facility is spotlessly clean.

The office team in Brighton were helpful and guided me on what space was needed for our requirements. The driver (Perrie) arrived on time and was super helpful. His ability to review what you have and know how much space is required was spot on. He managed to fit us into a smaller container and therefore have cost us less for the 12 month hire period. Fantastic customer service to be able to reduce your overall cost should it be possible. Couldn’t be happier. Planning to use them again in the spring.
