How to Get a Lock
You can purchase a lock at reception at any of our Sussex or London storage branches when you move in. Our experts will help you choose a suitable one based on your unit, budget, length of stay (short-term or long-term storage), and security preferences.
If you’re reserving your unit over the phone, you can also ask to include a padlock with your booking. Our team will make sure it’s ready for you on move-in day and that it fits your storage door correctly.
If you already own a padlock, just bring it along and our staff will check that it fits our door latches properly.
When you finish your storage term, remember to remove and keep your padlock. It belongs to you and can be reused at any Henfield Storage site in the future.
