‘New Storage’

I visited the branch some weeks back to enquire about space and cost. It is a clean bright unit and the staff are very helpful The cost is very competitive compared to other larger storage companies also the personnel service is great. Henfield storage can provide free transport in moving your items from one place to there's which is a great bonus (you have to provide the labour) I would recommend Henfield to friends if they were looking for storage.

‘First class service’

First class, proactive service. The conditions for renting a unit were clearly explained. I wasn't rushed but the paperwork was rapidly executed. We discussed two storage crates I have elsewhere and how I could move the contents of those crates to Henfield Wimbledon. The option to rent a container was proactively suggested. This would meet my storage needs, taking account of the transfer of the contents of the crates to Henfield Wimbledon, reduce the number of units I need and save me money.

‘Excellent customer service’

We would like to thank Abdul W. from Southwark branch for being professional, very helpful, efficient. He was very hard working, calm and speedy. He went above and beyond to partially reload the items to fit them all in. We would also like to thank Matt and Mash from Crawley and Brighton for their help over the phone and online with the storage admin.

‘Five Star Service!’

From start to finish the service was excellent. It was so easy to get through and speak to Matt and he was really helpful with what size storage we'd need and the whole booking process was nice and simple. He confirmed everything by email and called to check timings on the day. He was so organised when he turned up and he knew exactly how to load everything so that we maximised the space and made sure that everything went in. He was friendly and cheerful and made the whole experience much nicer than we thought it would be. I would 100% recommend using Henfield. It's really easy to access your unit at any time during opening times and it is totally secure with passcodes and padlocks. They were also considerably cheaper than any other storage places that I spoke to.

‘The long and short term of storage solutions’

A very friendly team, helpful and have a great understanding of how to extract the necessary information from customers who have a rough idea of what they require but not enough to give a definitive answer on requirements. There are a range of options available, all of which are explained in detail and none of which lead to me paying for dead storage space. As a customer I am kept informed of the process from start to finish and feel comfortable asking for clarification when faced with questions about my storage that I'm not clear about.
