‘Read The Small Print’

Asked for a quote to be send me to, never received as they didn't input the correct email address, turned up on a Saturday, paid my fee at 12:15hrs only to be told they close at 13:30hrs on a Saturday when I am half way through moving personal belongings into the locker, had to find alternative storage to store my belongings till Sunday when they are open from 09:00 to 11:00 Extra costs to me is that I cant meet my daughter on Sunday, Special Needs who has to have a daily routine, hire another van, take another day off so lose a days wage

‘Great service and certainty about the future cost’

The storage was easy to arrange with friendly and efficient service. I need longer term storage so it is helpful to know what the cost will be for the coming 12 months.

‘Great storage and great price’

Really reasonable from a price point. The staff were super helpful and made sure that I wasn’t paying extra for time I was not storing my items. There are plenty of trolleys to move your things and everything is very secure

It was all so easy changed size last minute and the person on the desk once I arrived showed my removal guys the unit while we did the simple paperwork truelly an experience not many business deliver in 2026

‘Excellent service’

We are so pleased we were recommended to move our items from our Brighton flat into Henfield Storage. We hired an additional person to help with the move from our basement flat, and Tim and Matt were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. They arrived exactly when they said they would and just got on with loading the van. Tim miraculously managed to fit all our belongings into the storage unit we had rented — he’s a packing magician! They both made what could have been a very stressful situation feel easy. Thanks, guys. Highly recommended.

I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Matt was an absolute legend from start to finish. I had all the information I needed in one phone call, along with ideas and suggestions for other avenues to take considering our personal situation. All the help and assistance on hand with the added service of collection. The pricing is spot on, the premises are immaculate and digitally secured. If anyone in the Brighton & Hove area is considering storage solutions this would be the place I would highly recommend. Well done Matt and thank you
