‘Love Henfield Storage would recommend to anyone to use’

Very helpful good customer service, extremely good free collection service, and inexpensive compared to other storage services in Brighton.

‘Great customer service and price’

I usually don’t write reviews but excellent service deserves recognition. Prince, the driver for the free collection service was so helpful and stayed positive and calm despite parking issues. He helped me unload at the storage facility and showed me where my locker was. The colleague who went through the contract with me was also friendly and explained everything really clearly. On top of all this, the cost for the service is extremely good value for money. I am very pleased

‘Great facilty, amezing staff, and copetitive prices’

The Wimbledon branch is amazing! Val, the branch manager, and his team are always very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone.

‘Excellent storage for all’

They gave us exactly what we wished for with a smile and no bother. They are very accommodating and the store is clean and dry. They are a reasonably priced company and I would recommend them to all.

‘Good and professional company’

Very good and professional company I recently joined the storage company with Heinfield and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely helpful and understanding, and went out of their way to assist me. The pricing is very competitive compared to other storage providers. Overall, the service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

‘Read The Small Print’

Asked for a quote to be send me to, never received as they didn't input the correct email address, turned up on a Saturday, paid my fee at 12:15hrs only to be told they close at 13:30hrs on a Saturday when I am half way through moving personal belongings into the locker, had to find alternative storage to store my belongings till Sunday when they are open from 09:00 to 11:00 Extra costs to me is that I cant meet my daughter on Sunday, Special Needs who has to have a daily routine, hire another van, take another day off so lose a days wage

Thank you for your comments. We’re sorry to hear you feel we keep our opening hours hidden behind ‘small print’. We don’t believe this is the case at all. Our opening hours are very clearly shown on our website and indeed all other online platforms, such as our Henfield Storage Horsham Google Business listing. They are also clearly displayed at the store. On the day prior to when you started renting your unit, when you first came in to look at potential storage options, my colleague gave you a leaflet that had all of our contact details, including our opening hours. We’re sorry that despite all of this you were unaware of our Saturday hours. It does seem that although we tried to send you a quote via email that unfortunately we’d taken your email address down incorrectly. Mistakes do happen sometimes and we’re sorry about this. I’ve been informed that as soon as you came in on the Saturday and told us about the email mix-up we corrected our system and resent the quote immediately. That email also contained our opening hours. After receiving it you went ahead and proceeded to take-up a unit with us.
