Is Click+Store the right fit for your storage?
Just give us two working days’ notice to collect or return your belongings. No need to make the trip to our Chiswick store yourself, though if you’d rather drop in regularly, it’s about 20 minutes up the M4. Click+Store is a good fit if you’re moving, renovating, heading overseas, or just want to avoid the van hire and heavy lifting.
We cover 20 sq ft up to 100 sq ft, with free collection and loading included. Prepay 6 months and get 5% off; 12 months gets you 10% off.

How collection storage works in Heathrow
Getting set up is straightforward. Book Click+Store when you arrange your storage, usually within the same week, and we’ll sort a collection slot around you. Slots normally run Monday to Friday, though weekend collection is often possible if you book a little further ahead.
When your driver arrives, the van’s loaded up with your help, so everything needs to be packed, protected and ready by the door. How many hands you’ll need depends on the size you’re storing:
- Under 50 sq ft: one helper
- 50 to 90 sq ft: two helpers
- 100 sq ft or more: three helpers

We come to your address across the Heathrow area, load your items into the van, and handle the transport. Free across Heathrow when you prepay for three months or more.

Your things go into our secure warehouse. Steel-walled units, 24-hour motion-detection CCTV, alarmed perimeter, staffed reception, two days’ notice for access.

Before you book
A few things worth knowing first:
Size and price: Click+Store runs from 20 sq ft, about a wardrobe, up to 100 sq ft, roughly a single garage. The first two months are half price when you prepay three months or more, and you can see current pricing in the size selector. Need more than 100 sq ft? Standard self-storage at Chiswick or Staples Corner goes up to 200 sq ft.
Insurance: Required on all storage. Add ours at booking or use an existing policy that covers self-storage. It’s priced on what your goods are worth, not the unit size, so most household contents near Heathrow come to a few pounds a week.
Booking: No deposit, no admin fee. If your plans change before collection day, we’ll move the date at no cost.
