How collection storage works in Surrey
Book your storage and collection slot online and our two-person team will at your Surrey door with boxes if you need them. We carry everything out, log each item to your account, load the van and take it away. You never have to set foot in a storage facility.
How many helpers turn up depends on how much you’re storing. Rooms under 50 sq ft get one helper; 50 to 90 sq ft, two helpers; 100 sq ft or more, three helpers. No helper on the day? We can bring extra hands for a small fee. Towns right across Surrey sit on our regular county collection route, so booking a pickup is straightforward and free on stays of three months or more.

Before you book
A few things worth knowing before your collection. Choose a size band from the carousel above, or send us a list and we’ll quote first. Insurance is required: use ours or your own, priced on the value of your goods. There’s a refundable deposit of one month’s rent less VAT, and a minimum term of three months, after which billing is monthly with 14 days’ notice.
